Application of Single Stage Air Compressors
Single Stage Air Compressors are mainly used in air jet cleaning, dairy, spray painting, air lift pump, potteries, food, oil extraction, chemical etc.

Screw compressors

Rotary screw compressor is the right choice, when air application is advance and noise is of concern. It gives constant high flow at medium pressure. Two unequal screws of special curved profiles rotate at very high speed in opposite to each others direction places in an oil sump. The oil air separator effectively allows only air to pass through and oil returns back to store. No direct metal contact is an added feature for very low noise level. These compressors are high tech product with electronics controls. Range : 3 H.P to 3000 H.P

Two Stage Air Compressors

Two-stage air compressors have two or more cylinders of different sizes. Here, 1st cylinder passes low pressure air into another cylinder where air gets more pressurized and goes into storage tank at medium pressure (12.3 Kg/cm2)

Two stage Air Compressors are meant for pressure requirement upto 17.5 bar.
