must be protected from clogging. Hence it is must to have

quality processed pure and dry air to protect precision pneumatic
valves, cylinders, connectors etc. from atmospheric fine dust, burnt
hydro carbons and moisture particles.
Desiccant Air Dryer :
- It gives complete dryness as per ISO-8573 which is called
INSTRUMENT QUALITY AIR.
- Atmospheric air which is not pure is sucked by air compressor; It
is pressurized & stored in receiver tank.
- Air Dryer process this impure air & remove dust, oil &
moisture content to avail Pure & dry air.
- Principal : Pressure swing absorption.
- Media : Activated Alumina
- It contains twin tower filled with highly activated alumina
elements which has high affinity to absorb Moisture content. One
tower is functional at a time , while the other is in Recharging
mode by auto sequential control timer & valve combi system.
- It has built in pre & post filter to remove dust & oil

Refrigerated Air Dryer :
Compressed air contains moisture,
dust & oil vapour in gas form at high temperature. To make it use
worthy it is treated in Air Dryer unit.
Refrigeration energy is used to cool the compressed air at very low
temperature. Condensed mass forms droplets of water & oil vapour &
being trapped in built in Moisture Separator which is flushed out
through Auto Drain valve and allows pure air to pass through outlet
connection.
The dryness achieved in pressure dew point of + 3°C
